Products Description
MDP-series, The Japan Mitsubishi PLC control, with Delta touch screen interface system, easy operation, convenient operation, variable speed. Doypack machine is suitable for all kinds of premade bags, such as pillow bags, 3-side, 4-side box pouches, craft bags, spout bags, and so on.
Premade pouch packing solutions are also combined with a mini doypack machine and other equipment for use with a turnkey line. It is intelligent enough to detect a rejected damaged bag and is ejected from the machine and the packing process continues without interruption. Automatic Operation From Suck bag→Open bag→Filling→Sealing→Complete. The programmable logic control (PLC) system controls it all for the effective improvement of packaging efficiency and quality.
